48 hour notice prior to scheduled appointment time is required.
No-shows, a late arrival after 15 minutes grace period, and same-day cancellation are subject to 100% of scheduled service. (Processing fees included, true percentage is roughly 90%).
Credit/Debit card must be kept on file for no show protection, but cash and Zelle are the only form of payment accepted.
Failure to pay any fees will result in being sent to collections, including late fees of $20/day.
No foreign fills, all new clients with existing lashes must book a full set and removal.

Safety and sanitation is a core value we pride ourselves with at LxF Studios - due to this requirement and our mission to prevent cross contamination, we are unable to guarantee that products have been sanitized to our standards, therefore prohibiting us to honor returns and exchanges. Every item has been tested and we can assure quality control is thorough and detailed! If an item is damaged or defective, a replacement will be sent immediately!
